Aparthotel Marcié offers rooms and apartments in the Sch?neberg district of central Berlin. The property is 500 metres from the Kurfürstendamm shopping mile and the world-famous KaDeWe department store.
The spacious, stylish apartments are elegantly furnished with wooden floors, modern furniture and a private bathroom with shower. Each apartment has a separate bedroom, a seating area, a flat-screen cable TV, ironing facilities, a washing machine and a fully fitted kitchen.

近日長庚科技大學驚傳色狼入侵，伸出鹹豬手襲擊女學生胸部、強抱，警方調閱監視器後，於今（25）日正式將他逮捕歸案。據了解，這位陳姓色狼（32歲）是透過妻子的磁卡進入校園犯行，陳男宣稱自己是一時衝動，才鑄下大錯，警方訊後依強制猥褻罪嫌將他依法送辦。
綜合媒體報導，本月20日晚間8時許，一名長庚科大女學生繳完作業返回宿舍途中，躲在樓梯間的陳男突然竄出，對她毛手毛腳，大膽襲胸、強抱；驚嚇的女大生要呼聲求救時，陳男便大手一伸，摀住她的嘴巴，並將女大生推向陰暗角落，等到女大生奮力掙脫後，高喊「有老師在裡頭」、「不要太過份」等話，陳男才害怕被抓，在夜色保護下，逃離校園。
警方獲報後立即展開調查，除調閱校園監視器畫面外，也逐一比對校園的進出車輛，鎖定嫌犯身分後，在今日上午到陳男住處埋伏，並順利將他逮捕歸案。
據了解，陳男的老婆是該校學生，職業是保險業務員，他是透過妻子的磁卡、學生證進行校園犯行，陳男說自己是一時衝動才鑄下大錯，警方訊後依強制猥褻罪嫌將他依法送辦。
小小奧林匹克嘉年華 六百親子動起來

推動地區幼兒體育發展、運動愛台灣，小小奧林匹克親子嘉年華活動，三日在新營區新泰國小登場，吸引在地六百位親子參加，在全新完工的ＰＵ跑道，進行五十公尺跑步、棒球、籃球擲準等比賽，推廣運動風氣。
擔任台南市體育聯合會理事長的市議員蔡育輝受邀致詞指出，這次接受柳營體育會的邀請，與救國團台南市團委會、新營、鹽水、柳營團委會共同協辦活動，大家齊心推廣地區運動風氣，藉親子競賽趣味同樂方式，讓運動向下扎根，達到運動強身的目標。
他表示，新泰國小ＰＵ跑道受樹根隆起影響，已很久沒進行大隊接力，經協調立委黃昭順幫忙，爭取三百廿九萬元經費改善，今年完成全新的ＰＵ跑道建設，讓新泰國小學童能在操場上運動競逐，盡情跑跳。
小小奧林匹克親子嘉年華活動，分別進行幼兒五十公尺跑步競賽、國小一至三年級的親子棒球擲準比賽、國小四至六年級的親子籃球投準比賽；並結合地方產業特色產品推廣、政令宣導等，吸引不少親子參加，一起運動健身，民眾反映，期待能再接再厲舉辦下去。
